Refund policy

  1. We offer 2 days no questions asked returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 20 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
  2. you can place return request from your order book.
  3. After placing order you can cancel from your order book upto 2 hours after order.
  4. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge. ONLY IF YOUR PIN-CODE IS SERVICEABLE
  5. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
  6. Customized products will not taken back.
  7. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
  8. for Cash on delivery amount will be added to wallet from which you can purchase from our site. It can be refunded to your account if you want.
  9. For international shipping there is no return. In case of wrong product shipment exchange will be delivered.
  10. there is no cash on delivery for international shipment.
  11. International purchase blouse customization will be charged as ₹5000 flat.
  12. International purchase amount if paid in USD customer have to pay the amount which is reflected in our website for that particular country.
